Returns

At Celtic Surge Nutrition Limited, we stand by the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since you bought our product, we're sorry, but we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable; thus, if you receive a refund, it will not include the cost of the original shipping.

For items valued over €60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the receipt of your item and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven't received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there's often some processing time before a refund is posted.
