Gabriel Kehinde
23-year-old full-time athlete based in Limerick, originally from Ennis. Gabriel is a TuS Limerick graduate in Sports Coaching and Performance. His 2025 goals are to medal at the National Seniors and represent Ireland again. Notable achievements include becoming the 6th fastest Irishman in the 60m, winning bronze at the 2023 Indoor and Outdoor Nationals, and setting the U23 4x100m relay record at the European U23s in Finland. Gabriel is back on track after overcoming a ruptured hamstring in 2024

Mark Carey
Mark Carey has been playing American football in Ireland for 12 years, competing in all divisions and serving as the starting center for the U21 Irish team (2015-2017). He currently plays for the South Dublin Panthers in the premier division and plans to continue in 2025. In 2023, Mark picked up powerlifting during the off-season, achieving a 222.5kg squat, 140kg bench, and 202.5kg deadlift in competition. He’s also an IrishPF referee.

Jack Diggins
At just 18 years old, Jack Diggins has already dedicated over 3 years to the gym, driven by his passion for fitness and self-improvement. Jack values the strong sense of community the gym provides and believes it has greatly contributed to his personal confidence. He is committed to using his platform to inspire and uplift others, aiming to be a positive role model both in and out of the gym.

Aaron Lawlor
Aaron Lawlor is currently studying personal training and nutrition in college, driven by his passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. After transforming his own physique, gaining 20 kg since starting the gym over two years ago, Aaron understands the profound benefits of fitness for both physical and mental health. The gym has become a vital part of his life, and he’s committed to using his social platforms to inspire and support those on similar journeys. Aaron firmly believes in chasing dreams, and he's focused on becoming a successful personal trainer.

Jade Moore, a former open martial arts world champion, has been training since childhood. She excels in kickboxing, strength training, and high-intensity conditioning, using WHOOP data to optimize performance. As a long-time Celtic Surge user, Jade achieved a 17-minute 5K last year. She continually strives for new athletic milestones, maintaining peak performance with top-tier pre-workout supplements.

Gerard Raleigh
Gerard Raleigh has been a personal trainer and fitness coach for over eight years with experience in rugby and American football. As he prepares for his wedding this June, he's paused competitive sports but stays dedicated to training, squeezing in intense workouts during lunch breaks and following a strict diet, including a 36-hour weekly fast. Despite living with ulcerative colitis, he remains committed to peak performance through discipline and consistency.
